Dear All,
Is it mandatory to have mediclaim for employees who are not covered under ESIC? As per the amendment, the ESIC limit has been increased to 21000. Therefore, if an employee's earnings exceed 21000, they will not be eligible for ESIC. In this scenario, should the employer provide mediclaim facility? Is it mandatory for the employer to provide it?
