Can anyone please suggest some employee farewell ideas apart from cake cutting and snacks arrangement? This is very common. Please suggest something unique.
Last time, I had made a handmade collage and had a cake cutting.
I would appreciate it if anyone could suggest something soon, as I have to do it on 18th May 2018.

You can give a self-help book or a frame as a gift to an employee for their farewell. It may make them feel better and they will remember it for a long time. We are using this practice in our premises, and it has received good feedback.

You may give him a farewell greeting card with good wishes written on it by his/her colleagues. Also, the greeting card can be replaced by a white T-shirt where you can write good wishes with markers.
You may gift some artifact as per your budget so that the person will remember you/your employer for a long time. Inspire other employees to take a lot of photographs while giving him farewell wishes.
