I would like to ask how we can do a massive hiring in a short time for an upcoming project. If you participate in this discussion, that would be helpful for many. What can be the other options except adverts, references, campus hiring, and LinkedIn hunting?

Hi Salmaa, the list you mentioned, such as ads, references, campus, and sourcing through portals, are indeed the primary methods for recruiting. Perhaps you could try issuing flyers similar to advertisements. Quick hiring depends on various factors, including the type of profiles required, the support from consultants or your recruitment team, and the project type. If you compromise on specifications like experience, exposure, and industry type, you might be able to hire more quickly. However, even for a single recruitment, if clear specifications and skilled personnel are required, it often takes longer than the standard recruitment time. Therefore, massive hiring can always be a significant challenge.

Let me know if you need any further assistance.

Thanks Venkata. I guess for the project of engineering related field the best way to recruit massively is campus hunting. As we can find good freshers there who need kick up start.

Dear friend,

Even if it is an engineering project, experienced personnel are required during installations, start-up, etc. Campus recruitment is for freshers, and the responsibility for training them to meet your requirements lies with management. Massive hiring can be done through it, but the stability factor also needs to be considered.
