EPFO has not upgraded the compatibility of its server portal with the latest browsers. Following steps will solve the issue (3 Basic requirements):
1) Active DSC
2) Mozilla Firefox 48 browser
3) Java 8 update 144 (which will automatically update when we log in for KYC approval) from a compatible browser.
