In Excel, open the file and select "Save As." The menu will display CSV; choose the same and provide a file name. Open the file in Notepad, then under Edit, replace all commas with #~#. After the last entry, press the Delete button a few times to ensure no blank lines remain in the text file. Save the text file as "name.txt" and upload it to the portal.
