when the employee resigns , after filing the ECR the employee has to make exit of the employee by going to member profile and make exit , with specific dates
after the approval of exit, the employer will not find the employee in the active members, hence EPF will not accept the ECR of those members as they do not belong to the establishment ,
delete those employees from ECR after the above formalities completion
