I want to know which forms or documents would be required to present to an employer in order to deduct the salary to meet the dues.

I am new to this field and right now working with a cooperative society. I know that every state would have a different procedure for the same, but is there any way to extract that info or is there anything common for the payment of dues?

For income tax or TDS deduction, it is Form 12BB.

For other deductions, if the salary is 18,000 or below, then forms and returns are under the Payment of Wages Act.

For welfare deductions, there are different returns in different states.
