Hi, As part of our ongoing endeavor to improve the quality of professionals across the nation, we are actively training women in self-protection and critical awareness as part of our women's development forum. The program, called "Give It To Them," aims to help women protect their dignity from aggressors, whether in the workplace, on the streets, or even in their homes. The aim of the program is to train women on the following: 1) Legal & Police Procedures 2) Women's & Children's rights 3) Alertness, quick thinking 4) Avoiding potentially dangerous situations using nonviolence 5) Self-defense techniques (to be used in extreme situations only).
