Hello All, I would would like to how are wages calculated in Gratuity. I got this formula from the internet..
Gratuity = Last drawn wages × 15/26 × Completed years of Service (including a part of year in excess of six months)
The company where I am working is an ID company. I would really want to know what exactly wages means and on what basis.
