1. Bonus
2. Contract employee salaries
3. Salary records (on a monthly basis) and variations in the paid salary.
4. Maintain records for salaries paid for each level or cadre.
5. PF & ESI records
6. Labour welfare fund contributions.

Election Paid Leave means that if workers perform duties on any election day, they must be compensated for that day. According to the law, this falls under the OT Rule and should be paid at double the wage rate.
