Dear Cite HR member,
I have a humble request to all of you. Could you please resolve my query as soon as possible? If an employee leaves the organization during the probation period, just four days after joining, is there any law requiring payment for those four days of salary?
Thank you.

Dear Ranu,
With reference to your Notice Pay Clause of the company, please adhere to the same. Generally, if an employee leaves after 4 days, it would not be considered a resignation but rather an act of absconding. In such cases, it is advisable to terminate their employment due to no show.
