Dear Seniors, One of our employees recently joined, and a few days back, he resigned, stating that he is facing some family issues. We accepted his resignation and asked him to serve the notice period. He agreed to serve the notice period, but suddenly today, he sent an email stating that he is not ready to serve the notice period. We tried reaching him, but he is not responding to calls. Management is considering taking legal action. Is it possible to take immediate action? Kindly suggest what can be done best in this scenario.

Regards,
Sharad Kumar
