How many pages should made for a standard resume of Asst. manager Hr & Admin ? Some body said that a standard cv/resume should not more than 3 pages. Please advice me.

A professional resume ideally should be 1 or 2 pages if the experience is within 10 years. At most, the length can extend to 3 pages.
Please remember:
