I am drafting a Recreational Policy for my organization. Our company has sports facilities such as the football/soccer field, basketball court, gym, tennis court, etc., and we would like our staff to use them as well. Furthermore, I am also considering including programs like the Annual picnic, Departmental Gathering, Dinners, etc.

2. Recognition - Birthday Celebration, Anniversary Celebration
3. Career - Coffee/Lunch/Outdoor party as a team
4. Pay - Incentive or spot recognition system
5. Training & Development - Outdoor Learning Programmes
6. Work Task - Fun at work
