I am looking for some brief (detailed) information on the following psychometric assessment tests:
1. MBTI
2. Belbin
3. Social Style Inventory (SSI)
4. 16 PF - I have some (not enough) information
5. FIRO - I have some (not enough) information
Also, about a recruitment tool many companies are using PAPI (PA preference Inventory), can anybody provide me with some detailed information on the same? (This is widely used in IT companies).
