Make them feel valued and important. Their roles, responsibilities, and contributions should make them feel proud and important to the organizational goals and objectives. Have a workshop for these employees; it could be an in-house program or even organize an external trainer if possible. The platform could be used for discussion of any genuine issues and also for boosting their motivation and morale levels.

It is also essential to discuss any issues they may be facing during the night shift. Try to find out the same as well.
