Board of Company name Like Reliance Ltd “Company”, applicable company rules and procedures, governs this appointment and other terms of employment, in order of priority, as they presently exist and as they may be amended from time to time at the discretion of the company.
This is reference to your application for the post of Sr. PHP Programmer (position) and subsequently to the interview you had with us on 21.07.2007 , we are pleased to offer you an appointment as (Post )with our organization on the following terms & conditions.
1. Your appointment is effective from 28.08.2007 [b](Joining Date)[/b] at the office address already disclosed to you in the interview.
2. You will be paid an agreed consolidated salary of Rs.23, 000 (Rs. Twenty Three Thousand Only)(Salary ). per month subjected to necessary tax deduction as per government rules and policies.
3. Your appointment shall be on probation for a period of 3 (Three) month from the date of joining. During the probation period if your work, general conduct, attitude towards the management and company etc. is found unsatisfactory, your services are liable to be terminated without assigning any reason or notice or compensation whatsoever.
4. During the probation period and/or after successful completion of your probation period, if at any time you leave the services of the company, you shall do so after giving the company one-month notice or one month salary in lieu of notice. The management reserves the right to retain you for one month of the notice period or relieve you during the period without any compensation whatsoever.
5. Not withstanding the notice period, it is clarified that you shall not be relieved from the company until completion of the project assigned to you at that particular time period.
6. Any and all information provided to you by us during the course of discussion or otherwise shall be treated as strictly confidential.
7. You will not associate yourself with any business/company without the prior permission of the management in writing and you shall devote whole time and attention to your duties to promote the interest of the organization.
8. You are initially being posted at our New Delhi office. However, you may be transferred to any of our office/client locations which are there in existence or which may be opened at a latter date during the course of your tenure with our organization.
9. Your appointment is subject to your being medically fit. During the course of your employment, if it is found that you are not physically or mentally fit to discharge your duties efficiently on continuing basis your services shall be terminated.
10. In all other matters your appointment will be governed by rules/ standing orders of the company from time to time as applicable to other members of the company.
11. If the above terms and conditions are acceptable to you please sign the duplicate copy of this letter as a token of your having clearly understood and accepted the terms of employment
