MGNREGA 2012-13 Misuse and Social Audit Report

In the Bidar District, all 175 Gram Panchayats have been found to misuse funds. I have provided the social audit report and MIS upload only for my taluka, Humnabad, which includes 33 Gram Panchayats.

After the social audit report for 4 talukas, the MIS upload is nil. The job of the 4 taluka social audit coordinator remains secure.

I have completed the social audit grama sabhas for 33 GPs. My team discovered that Rs. 22,000 to 30,000 were spent on printing job cards in each GP, which was a misuse. I have submitted the social audit report and MIS upload for each GP. The amounts of Rs. 22,000 to 30,000 were collected by Mr. Bhimshen Goudour, Zila Panchayat Deputy Secretary Bidar, and Mr. Kiran Patil, MGNREGA Section Worker Taluka Panchayat Humnabad, along with Mr. Devadas, District Social Audit Coordinator. The main issue arose when Mr. M. Moudgil, MGNREGA Director Karnataka, sent a reference letter to Bidar Zila Panchayat, which was torn by the Zila Panchayat Bidar section worker and the District Social Audit Coordinator.

I have been working for 23 months without a salary. My situation is very critical and serious. I hope to recover my job and my 23 months' salary soon. Thank you.
