Dear Khushbu,
I have come across many interpretations of team building based on the film "Chak De." Your work reflects deep, honest thinking and depicts the right meaning. It is highly appreciative. Please keep it up. My best wishes to you. Never get demotivated if no one responds to your work because, from what I have observed, people are only interested in free lunches without even a word of thanks. Remember, in life, your work will speak for itself, and others will listen.

Hi Khushboo,
You have studied this movie in-depth and tried to correlate it with the most sought-after management concept "Teamwork." I really appreciate your efforts in doing the same.
And I totally agree with Mr. Anil Kaushik. We don't need to work alone.

Dear Khushboo,
Very good work. Please keep it up.
On Teamwork, there is an alarming trend. I have observed that in many organizations when people develop teams and work in teams, the management starts suspecting them of groupism and politics. It demoralizes them greatly.
How do you think it should be handled?
