Managing PF & ESIC Deductions Without Factory License: Expert Advice - CiteHR

Dear Friends, We have 80 employees, including direct and contract workers. We have applied for a Factory license but have not yet received it. Should we initiate deductions for PF and ESIC now, or should we wait until we receive the Factory license to proceed with enrollment under EPF and ESIC?

Kindly advise on how to proceed with the statutory deductions. Thank you in advance.

You can register for ESI and EPF.If the ESI/PF authorities insist for Factory registration ,wait for it. Varghese Mathew
