Our company is a construction company with a construction project inside one of our client's locations. My question is, we are working there as a contractor, and after a few days, we will employ a few laborers for some work through a subcontractor.

So, as a contractor, what legal documents need to be maintained by the contractor employing subcontractors under various labor laws? Also, what documents need to be maintained by us as a contractor under various labor laws?
