Hi All, as we are planning to organize training programs for our employees, I request HR professionals to assist me with the trainings that we can offer and also suggest professional institutes or consultancies that can provide the best training. I hope to receive responses promptly.

It is necessary to visit your company to identify the training needs. I prefer to arrange job rotations supervised or guided by the original employee, especially when suitable training programs are not found.

Identifying Employee Training Needs
First of all, you need to identify the employee's training needs. Once you have identified the training needs of the employee, you can start the training. Alternatively, you can choose from the following training programs:
1. Mandatory Training: Safety, First Aid, Fire Safety, etc.
2. Process Improvement Program: Five S, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Seven QC Tools, ISO, and other certification training.
3. Functional Training Program: Computer skills, Machine operation, etc.
4. Behavioral Training Program: Team Building, Leadership, Communication, Time Management, Problem Solving, Customer Service, etc.
5. OTA (Organization Thrust Area): Company Vision, Mission, Performance Management System, HR for non-HR.

Training Needs and Considerations
What are the trainings we need to conduct? Why should we do it? Is it a perceived need or assumption-based? Can we explore alternative methods besides training, such as utilizing discussions or other routine activities to achieve the objective? If we determine that training is necessary, why can't we handle it internally? What specific skills do we expect from external faculty?
Addressing the above questions will not only bring clarity to us but also assist in deciding on a consultant.

Based on my experience in the field, I would like to know more about your company and the information about what kind of gaps you are trying to bridge with these training programs before I can make any suggestions. However, based on the information provided, here is what I would like to convey:
The Role of Training in Bridging Skill Gaps
Training is commonly recognized as a tool to address the gaps in employees' skill sets and the required skills. Globally, there is a shift in perspective regarding training, emphasizing more than just skill development. Training can also serve as a significant engagement activity.
Goals and Benefits of Training Programs
The goal is to achieve multiple outcomes through training, resulting in a better return on investment. The focus is on enhancing productivity, fostering cohesiveness, and shaping the company's culture. Whether it involves technical, behavioral, or soft skills training, companies should consider a combination of training that not only enhances knowledge but also boosts engagement levels, strengthens connections, and fosters a culture of collaboration.
