My current task is to develop a process flow for each task outlined in the job descriptions for all positions. This is a new challenge for me as a new HR professional. I would greatly appreciate any urgent assistance. I have already used up one week of the probation period.

You are in a very difficult situation and need external professional help. However, because the two-week period is a "test" period for your competence, you will have to do things by yourself to prove your skills and competence. The completion of the project is not the issue. It is the quality or correctness of the outputs that you will produce that will show your higher management whether you are competent for the job or not.

Hence, a two-week timeline for you to create all flows for your company is nearly impossible. Even your managers cannot do it in the same timeline.

Work Process Flow is generally undertaken by companies through ISO Certification projects. Highly skilled industrial engineers, management practitioners/consultants, and organizational auditors normally perform this job. The entire project is generally counted and paid in terms of man-days.
