Hi all, there was an occurrence that happened with my friend. He gave his best performance for a financial inclusion (business correspondent) company. He completed all the work under the state head. Additionally, he received a false appointment letter from his senior and received his salary from the senior, not from the company. When he completed his target, he realized that his senior was flirting with him.

Although the senior cooperated with him and provided his salary, the senior also engaged in various actions beyond the rules. This situation may put my friend in a difficult position. What should he do? Please suggest.

Thanks.

Understanding the Situation

With great difficulty, I managed to understand your post. I don't think your friend will have any problem because his APPOINTMENT LETTER is FAKE. He got paid by his SENIOR. He has nothing to do with the company.

Please let me know from which location (place of work) your friend was offering his services to his superior. How big is the company (number of employees on the roll)? Kindly share more details supporting your post.

With profound regards,
