If you are in India, I suggest you visit a Chartered Accountant (CA), and they will take care of all your requirements. Apart from registration under the Shop and Establishment Act, you will need a Tax Deduction and Collection Account Number (TAN) and also need to file returns. The CA will guide you through the entire process. All the best.
