Features of Key Results Area (KRA) Statements
What are the features of a Key Results Area (KRA) statement? How are they constructed? The same applies to Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Key Performance Targets (KPT). I ask these questions in relation to the mandate of our local government offices. Sometimes, the KRAs of the offices go beyond their mandates. I am a little bit confused.
