Understanding Loan Eligibility Without PF Account: Insights on Pay Slip and Property Loan - CiteHR

I am working under a Kolkata-based private limited organization, but we don't have a PF account as the number of employees is less than 20. In my payslip, it is an ordinary one, like a cash voucher. Could I avail a property loan from any nationalized bank? Does anybody have any idea regarding this matter?

Dear Bhowmik,

To get a personal loan, it's not necessary that you must have been working with an organization that deducts PF. For that purpose, all you have to do is get a stamped salary certificate, preferably on a letterhead from the employer and signed by an authorized person. This will work as a salary slip.

Amit Seth.
