Hi, dear all, I have resigned from my current company. Now, I am in the notice period, and tomorrow is my last day. I have maintained good and strong employee relations with my colleagues, workers, and seniors like the MD, Managers, etc. At the time of leaving the organization, I want to write a good message to all of them. Please give me some formats or ideas.

When I look at the calendar and see the date as (date), it pains me to remind myself that today is my last working day with (concern Name). I am not only taking with me the learning but also the good hearts that have always supported me in all aspects.
I take this opportunity to express my heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you who encouraged me in all seasons and for all reasons. Without your support, my progress would not have been as successful today or ever.
While we may not count the number of days we live, there are moments that are etched in our hearts and will never be forgotten, much like the days I spent here at (concern). What more can I wish for than to say, "keep in touch."

Dear Sachin, One of my counterparts has written a wonderful letter as he bid adieu to his colleagues. It moved me a lot. I have modified that letter to a great extent and am reproducing it below for the benefit of the readers. Hope it will help you.
Dear Friends,
Good Morning!
At the outset, I thank all my teammates for the wonderful time I spent during my sojourn with you all in SWPL.
It has been thirty-seven years of enriching association with this magnificent institution called SWPL. As I bid adieu to you, I would like to express my gratitude for your contribution to my learning and experience here. I have benefited from every interaction and learned something new each day, and I take back with me over 13,500 days of enthralling memories. The fact that shop floor personnel are the largest contributors to the SWPL workforce fills me with pride in my special association with one and all.
I have been fortunate enough to have worked for the most respected organizations in this society. As I move on, I'd like to reiterate some important aspects of your life at SWPL:
Count Your Blessings
Look at the other underprivileged in this community and count your blessings. Please remember you are among the few truly privileged ones to have gotten an opportunity to work here. Make full use of this blessed chance and work hard to create a strong foundation for your career ahead. Always look at what you have given to this industry before lamenting about what you have not.
There Is No Free Lunch in the World
The initial years are hectic, but they have provided you with the requisite knowledge to prepare you for the paper industry. Work hard, burn the midnight lamp; be honest with yourself, and success will follow.
It Is Never the End of the Road
Failures are just stepping stones to success. Hard work always leads to success; however, you have to be patient. Remember, a graph that rises suddenly can also fall suddenly. Sustainable growth is one that is balanced and steady.
Leading the HR function for the organization is not an easy job. During my tenure here, I've had to, at times, make many uncomfortable decisions. In the process, if I have had to be firm in my dealings with you all and ruffled a few feathers or hurt many of you, please do not take it to heart. Though painful, these were very much needed for the larger good and benefit of the organization.
Though it is saddening to part ways with an organization like SWPL, I have taken this call consciously to spend my time peacefully in the days to come with my family. I will not be joining any organization. But, I would like to now use my experience and skills to help the new birds in HR to cope with the new world of men management. I am only resigning from the rolls but not from my responsibility of nurturing young HR minds.
If I can be of any help to you, kindly do not hesitate to write to me at the following mail ID: [Email Removed For Privacy Reasons].
Finally, it is not your aptitude but your attitude that determines your altitude in life.
Have fun and keep smiling.

Dear Friends/Colleagues/Mentors,
On the eve of my last day with you all, I find myself at a loss for words. Where to begin and where to leave off? While working with all of you, I had the great opportunity to learn many new and innovative functions. In short, the association was quite short, sweet, and memorable.
One has to march on for a better future, and I am no exception to this law of nature. Time ran faster than it could be understood and realized. I thank you all for supporting me during times of crisis.
Parting is undoubtedly painful, but on a pleasant note, it is quite memorable. With this note, I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for taking me with you and giving me the opportunity to learn from each one of you. On this day, I dedicate my success in accomplishing my tasks to all of you. I seek pardon from those who were hurt during the course of discharging my duties and responsibilities.
I am always available for any type of assistance over a call and would be honored to receive such a call.
Kind Regards,
Kumar

Hi Guys, well I just dropped in here to say that today is my last day in this firm. I am highly obliged, and it's my honor to have been with you. I got an opportunity to gain knowledge from your end, which is going to help in building my career in a brighter direction. With you, I have learned a lot, and I wish I could have learned more with sincerity. But on a serious note, I really enjoyed working with you and felt like a family member. I always received warmth from you as if I were part of a family.
You guys will always be in my heart and mind. Even though I am leaving, you all will always be around me in some form or another. The faces may be different, but the feelings and bonds will remain the same. Frankly speaking, I have learned a lot from you guys in various aspects of life, and I know it's going to help me in the rest of my life. There is a saying, "Show me your friends, and I will tell you who you are."
"Hum Rahe Ya Na Rahe Kal... Pal Yaad Ayenge Ye Pal..."
Cheers

Dear Sachin, please write about your experience with the current company yourself. Those words will be purely yours. Why are you asking other people to share their feelings? Through their feelings, how can your colleagues, peers, or superiors know what you feel about them? Please express your own feelings and experiences.
Thanks & Regards,

Dear Colleagues,
Tomorrow, 11th January 2012, will be my last working day, and finally, the time has come for me to bid farewell to NATCO Pharma. It has been a great opportunity for me to work with you all. I have kept lots of good memories from NATCO Pharma that will remain in my heart and mind forever.
I feel obliged to mention that during my stay with NATCO, I have enjoyed and learned a lot. It has been an unmatched experience and unexpected personal challenges. I am really impressed and admire the intelligence and leadership of our General Manager and Manager – P&A. Working with such personalities was a great opportunity for me. Words can't express my feelings at this moment.
I would like to thank you all for your support, cooperation, and friendship during my tenure with NATCO Pharma. Due to family considerations, I am leaving for Visakhapatnam.
