A person working in the EHS Department has to demonstrate the above phrase many times. At times, he has to come up boldly and stand committed to his role. This may be difficult but not impossible.
During the trainings which I conduct, I often use the attached presentation. Based on my own experience, this is very useful to create successors. Try it if you have not done so already.
