Nice post. This will do a lot of good. Yet, there needs to be a drive in terms of awareness among common people on how to handle such situations. Unfortunately, we Indians are not great planners across all levels, so short movies, animated clippings, etc., on this topic are required from the concerned government department to educate people even at the grassroots level.
