Hi, I applied for PF with my previous organization. Normally, the amount is credited within 2-3 months. However, I have not received any settlement amount even after 5 months. What could be the reason for this delay?

First, you should obtain a copy of the acknowledgment from your previous employers to confirm whether they have submitted your claim form to EPF. If your employers have promptly submitted it, please obtain a copy of the acknowledgment.
If they have submitted it as advised by KVJ Raghunath, you can verify your claim status online.
