Hello, Sharath.
Nice slides indeed.
For the last 18 years, I have written down everything I did each day in small notebooks. I have a habit of managing my time well. I offer a very interesting training program on Time Management titled "Getting Things Done: The Art of Time Management." In this program, I have included methods from experts in this field such as Brian Tracy and David Allen, as well as my own observations and techniques on time management.
If your organization is interested in having me conduct this training for their employees, please let me know by replying here, or by contacting me via email at sathyaish@gmail.com. Alternatively, you can reach me through my website: [Contact Sathyaish](http://sathyaish.net/contact.aspx)
Kind regards,

Excellent presentation, rather an advice of value.
I have seen companies often getting into Fire Fighting Mode because of faulty or careless decision-making. This leaves less room for urgent but less important or unimportant work.
It is here that 'Delegation' of work may come in handy, for many types of Not urgent but Important tasks. Having primaries done by someone you trust and groom reduces the workload, spares you from time pressure as it helps complete tasks by just overseeing the input and making small corrections if necessary. Delegation is necessary because many of the urgent but not important tasks also need to be done within a reasonable timeframe.

Hi seniors,
I have a doubt regarding the calculation of bonus. One staff's total salary is 8000/- (Basic pay Rs. 4800 & 3200 allowance). During December 2010, his number of working days was only 10, and he received a salary of Rs. 2581/-. When calculating the bonus for that particular month, what is his eligible salary for the bonus? Is it Rs. 1129/- (3500/31 x 10)?
Kindly help.

Hi,
I need advice from the HR team. I completed my MBA in 2009, and now I am working as an HR Executive at a distributor of P&G products. I have been working here for 6 months. The issue is that my HR Manager is not assigning any work to me. Every day, I come to the office but do not have any tasks to perform. I am not satisfied with my job. Despite asking him many times, he keeps saying he will give me work, but I have yet to receive any assignments. I don't know whom to report this to. Please advise me.
Thank you.
