Documents to be Collected for Onboarding

For Skilled Employees:
1. Educational Certificates.
2. Previous Employment Experience Letter & Relieving Letter.
3. Salary Slips from the last Employment.
4. Photos.
5. Address Proof (Ration Card, Light Bill, etc.).
6. Photo Identity Proof (Driving License, Voter card).
7. PAN card xerox.
8. PF account number, etc.

For Unskilled Employees:
1. Address Proof.
2. Photo Identity Proof.
3. Photos.
4. PAN card xerox, etc.

Additional Information to Collect Upon Onboarding

1. Blood Group.
2. Emergency Contact numbers.
3. Alternate email ID.
4. Designation - Appointed as.

Useful Information for the Company

6. Reporting Manager - At the time of joining.
7. Permanent Address/Temporary Address, etc.
8. Salary - at the time of joining.
9. Appraisal Date, Completion of probationary period, etc.

This information is important, and an Excel sheet can be maintained for the same.
