Is this meant only for Tamil Nadu State? Since you are posting a daily Tamil newspaper cutting scanned copy, who will be able to understand it? While posting, you should translate it into an English version besides the local language, which is good.

Hi,
I am new user for this program. Can anyone tell or advise me how and what I should do to stop workers from throwing the cigarette puffs in front of our guard house which is out of company compound. For info, the company that I'm working with is dealing with a lot of chemicals that prohibit all the workers smoking in company compound. 90 percent of the workers are smoker. And also we do not enough space to build up smoking zone in factory compound.

The idea behind it is not achieved. Here in the statement, we have to manually post all the figures, and it does not have any formulas so that if wage/salary is posted, the PF contribution, EPS has to be generated automatically. It requires improvement. Anyhow, thanks for posting.

EE amount stands for Employee Amount, which is 12% share.
ER amount stands for Employer Amount, which is 3.67% (12-8.33 EPS = 3.67%).
In your case, EE (your own share) is 10,000, and ER is 3,000. You can verify this with the formula EE/12 x 3.67 = ER.
