Hi, this is Rajeev, working at Coal India as a Senior Officer in Personnel for the past four years. I would like to recommend focusing on labor laws, OB, and personnel management for the exam. Here are some suggested books as the exam is multiple choice:

- Labor Laws - Nabhi Publication, one should know labor laws
- Khan & Khan Labor Laws
- OB - Stephen Robbins
- Principles of Management - L.M. Prasad
- English - Words are important (HC Hardwick) and Norman Lewis

I recommend going through all these books. Good luck!

Best regards, Rajeev
