Dear mikpasha, Who is conducting the research? Have you piloted the questionnaire? It appears that you did not even see your own message to check if it can be read. When seeking help with your research, you need to clearly state who you are and how your research will be of use to respondents. When you do not identify yourself, how do you expect us to give details about our organization and ourselves?

To make it less time-consuming, use a web-based survey rather than expect us to cut and paste the questionnaire, answer, save it, and then send it. It seems that you have not done enough homework about designing questionnaires and conducting surveys. I suggest that you kindly go back to the drawing board, read about the topics on the web/CiteHR, and then try again.

Have a nice day.
