That's a very good question. I never thought about it. I myself have worked in multiple countries and have faced the same issue. Generally, the company you are joining would have certain criteria for pay structures. As far as negotiating on your part is concerned, I have just asked people around with the same level of experience in my field. 1. Duration
2. Hardship
3. Tax applicability
4. Leave cycle
5. Airfare
6. Facilities like accommodation, food, and transport
It is advisable to receive overseas salary in dollars ($).
