I'm new to this site as well as the HR sector. I worked for 2.4 years in a broking firm in Operations, but now I want to switch to HR. Could you please help me by naming some training institutes or regular courses so that I can gain practical knowledge about HR? Or, can you suggest something else that will help me understand HR better, so that I feel confident when going for an HR interview?
