• He shall be responsible for assisting the customer in making their buying decision.
• He shall be responsible for meeting individual and store targets.
• He shall be responsible for maintaining the reports on fast-moving and non-moving articles.
• He shall act as an educator to cater to the needs of the customer.
• He shall be responsible for maintaining visual merchandising and hygiene.
• He shall be responsible for adhering to policies, systems, and procedures.
• He shall be present at store opening and personally supervise the opening and closing of the shop at a fixed time.
• He shall be governed by the rules, regulations, and office orders in force and framed by the company from time to time in relation to his/her service condition.
• He shall be reporting to the store manager/floor supervisor and carry out their lawful orders in the discharge of their duties.
