Hi all,
I am Tarakeshwar A. I have completed my Mechanical Engineering and am planning to join an MBA. However, I am a bit confused about which branch to pursue. Currently, I have taken some psychometric tests to evaluate myself and my strengths. I am not sure if they are 100% accurate, but after reviewing the results, I am considering choosing HR as my major. I have attached some of the results for anyone to review and analyze my strengths. Please suggest the best branch of MBA for me. I kindly request seniors to shed some light on this and assist me.

Hi Tarakeshwar, since you have an engineering degree, the most apt option for you is to pursue a master's in the same field. This will expose you to the depths of the field. You can opt for an MBA if you are looking for management/executive jobs. If your interest lies in the technical field, then opt for a master's rather than an MBA. Job experience would be an added advantage. You can browse for engineering jobs here - [Production Engineering Jobs - Jobspert.com](http://jobspert.com/Production-Engineering-Jobs/)
