Dear Friends,

It is so nice to interact with you for sharing your knowledge with a motive to learn more on the subject quoted. The topic "GEMBA" needs to have an introduction at our factory. To get introduced, I would like to interact for effective implementation of GEMBA - which, as I understand, will be a motivating factor not only to learn about information within the organization but also pave the way for solving many product/process issues. Hence, there is a need to have an outline for the introduction and the procedure to be adopted.

Kindly provide your information to help us get started at our factory (which has 500 workers, 30 supervisory staff, and 15 management staff).

Dear Venkat Bala,

Please provide details of your role and the experience of the person who will introduce the GEMBA. "Gemba" (found at Google) gives some idea of the term. Usually, consultants are used to introduce KAIZEN.

iNTERESTED TO BE THE ORGNAIZER & CORDINATOR FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS BY INTERACTING A TEAM OF 3 GROUPS WITH 5 MEMBERS IN EACH GROUP. PLEASE ADVISE COURSE OF ACTION & PROCESS INVOLVED.

Already have a system of 5-S and QMS activity. Probably the session with Gemba in creating enthusiasm among workmen for improving the present systems apart from continual improvements. Initiative and young team are available to get to know such creative thinkings. Please help.
