An application blank is the form given to the new employee, mostly after induction, to recognize whether they are suitable or not, to understand their attitude, and more. - What are your skills?
- What are your career skills?
- How is your partner?
- What actually motivates you?
- Who do you live with?

- What attracts you here?
- What do you dislike about this place?
- What is love?
The list goes on. Some of these questions are interrelated, so you can identify any dishonest employees easily.
