I have a query regarding ISO Documentation. We are involved in the manufacturing of dairy products. I am currently preparing the following documents for the upcoming audit:
- Competency matrix for senior staff
- Training Plan
- Training Attendance records
- Training Feedback form
- Training needs - Department wise
Additionally, my quality control personnel have requested the preparation of documents such as rect policy, induction policy, and procedures. Are there any other documents required for the audit?
