This presentation, after changing the theme from HR to Sales and vice versa, has been floating on the site for a long time. I could not digest why we are all wasting our strength on determining who is greater. We are all working in an organization where all employees have their own responsibilities and are equally important. Even an unskilled employee is as important as a senior employee. We should not underestimate the importance of anyone else. Always be proud that you are the most important person in the universe.
