I am working in IT Company from last one year. I am looking for job change, I got very good offers but nothing materialized because I don't have my previous company releaving letter or experince letter of 3 years. Every company asks for previous 2 employer releaving letter.
In my previous organization I had not server single day of my notice period. Later I sent resignation letter to my supervisor and got the acceptance letter. But when I tried to communicate with my HR regarding buy out option and FNF so i can get my releaving, he said no way they don't have police for escape cases.
Do we have any way where I can get my releaving letter or any strong point where I can convinced them to accept buy out option?

Abscond cases affect every business badly. Hence, it is obvious that an employer would not be very happy to deal with it. I request you to document it correctly. Maintain the offer letter, salary slips, bank statement, any document issued to you post performance appraisal, or any other communication. In case of your relieving document, it's evident that you will not be getting out of them until there is a miracle. Please save the communication that you had with them, including the emails and the letters you had exchanged, even if they have not responded to it. It still proves your sincerity to seek.
Please do not forge any document. You will get into big trouble at the time of background verification. Instead, mention the reason which made you resign and leave the city at short notice, which is why you could not clear the formalities. Then mention how much you tried to get it cleared, but nothing has worked till date. This would still make you look genuine.
Be prepared for counter questions such as, what if it happens to you again, you might abscond once again. Be prepared with your answer.
