I was involved in pre-recruitment earlier and now engaged in both post and pre-recruitments. According to my knowledge, the offer letter is the one that carries your company's information and policies. There are several things, and it depends on companies as well. Three main things are crucial in the offer:
Annexure - A
- Displays the name and address of the candidate
- CTC in words & figures
- DOJ - Date of joining
- DOF - Date of Offer
- Authorized Signatory
Annexure - B
- Breakdown of the CTC components like Basic, HRA, LTA, and so on.
Annexure - C
- Dictates the rules, regulations, and policies.
- Duties, Probation Period, Review of work, Expenses, PF, Leave, Confidentiality, Retirement, and so on.
