Dear All,

I am going to organize an outdoor training session for all levels of employees from all over India. It would be a kind of motivational get-together.

Now, my question is related to the dress code. Is having a dress code in training necessary? Will a dress code give a feeling of ownership or togetherness? If yes, then what kind of dress code should be there?

Please help me out by sharing your experiences and ideas so that I can make this training session successful.

Dear Pallavi,

As the situation suggests, it's a motivational workshop. You may consider planning for corporate-themed colored t-shirts for all participants with the corporate emblem or tagline printed on them.

Team Constellia,

Last time, we also had a dress code of yellow color, but you helped me in deciding on the color for it. I will go for the same color as we have in our company's logo with the printed name of the group.

Thanks,
Pallavi Khari
