I am working in the IT industry in Singapore and pursuing a part-time MBA with the University of Bradford. I require the following information for my dissertation. I am seeking statistics on job satisfaction and empowerment in the Indian IT industry for recent years, as well as for the overall Indian market.
I have made several attempts to find this information but have been unsuccessful. Can anyone assist me with this? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

When you give scant information about yourself, why would anyone send such information when they have worked hard to obtain it? If I were seeking information, I would state who I am, where I work or study, why I want the information, and for what purpose. Many such requests go unanswered merely because they lack the basic information required.
