7 Engineers and 7 Doctors
There are 7 Engineers and 7 Doctors going from Pune to Mumbai. So they all gather at the station. Both groups are trying to prove their superiority.
Scene 1 (Pune-Mumbai)
So 7 engineers take only 1 ticket amongst them and 7 doctors take all 7 tickets.
Doctors are desperately waiting for the TC to come...
When the TC is about to come, all 7 engineers get into one toilet. So when the TC knocks, one hand comes out with the ticket and the TC goes away.
Now on the return journey
All of them don't get a direct train to Pune, so they all decide to take a passenger train to Lonavala. From there, they can easily get a local train to Pune.
Scene 2 (Mumbai - Lonavala)
Doctors decide, "this time we will prove that we too are geniuses." All 7 doctors take 1 ticket amongst them. Engineers don't take any ticket. TC about to come...
All doctors are in one toilet. All engineers are in the opposite one.
One engineer gets out and knocks on the door of the doctor's toilet. One hand comes with the tickets, he takes the ticket and goes into the engineer's bathroom. The TC catches all the doctors in the toilet, and they are heavily fined.
Scene 3 (Lonavala-Pune)
So now both groups are at Lonavala station. Doctors are planning their move for the last chance. They board the local train to Pune. This time doctors decide that they will play the same (1 ticket) trick. All doctors take 1 ticket. Engineers take all 7 tickets this time. TC comes...
All engineers show their tickets, doctors are still searching for a toilet on the local train.
