Dear All,
We maintain the salary in an Excel file and also maintain the return of EPF in Excel. However, the department requires information in a CD. How is it possible to provide this as per their format?
Please respond to this urgently.
Thank you.

Dear Sir,
I belong to Gurgaon RPO. If we have more than 100 and 150 employees returning, then the loaded CD of contribution is required. If we have software for payroll, then there is no problem. However, without software, I am unsure how to load the details of the contribution as requested. Please help me regarding this matter.

Dear Ashok,
The PF office requires data in DBFIII+ format. You need to convert your xls file into DBFIII+ format using a DBFIII+ converter, which you can find on the internet. Make sure to look specifically for DBFIII+ and not just DBFIII. The "+" sign is important; otherwise, your data may not load in the EDP section of the PF office.
Before conversion, the data must be prepared in a particular format, which you can obtain from your Regional office.
I hope this information is helpful to you.

To,
Dear Kamlesh & Ankit,
When you prepare PF Return in xls format as provided by Mr. Hari Prasad K., then at the time of saving, click on the file menu "Save As," and then select "Save as type" where you should choose "DBF IV" to convert the file into dbf format automatically.
Thanks & Regards,
